Production Procedure
1. Collection
Fallen coconut leaves are carefully handpicked
2. Disinfection
Each leaf is disinfected by high jet wash
3. Processing
Leaves are double layered and processed into straws under strict hygiene environment
4. Treatment
Straws go through heat treatment to active natural anti-fungal properties
5. Inspection
Each straw is carefully inspected
6. UV Test
Straws are then UV sterilised
7. Package & Shipping
Straws are packed and shipped to distribution centres
